2. Purposes of Data Usage
The Company collects your data solely for the following specific purposes:
- Providing AI brand audits, AEO optimization analysis, and structured data deployment services.
- Providing AI chatbot development and managed services.
- Member management, identity verification, and customer service (including processing your inquiries or complaints).
- Sending service notifications, system updates, or product marketing information (only when you have consented to receive these).
- Conducting de-identified data statistics and analysis to optimize service functionality and user experience.
3. Third-Party Services & AI Data Processing Disclosure (Important)
This Service utilizes artificial intelligence technology. In accordance with Article 3 of the AI Basic Act regarding privacy protection principles, we hereby disclose:
- AI Analysis Data Transmission: Brand query content you input is transmitted via encrypted connections (TLS 1.3) to Google (Gemini API) or Anthropic (Claude API) for computational analysis. Data is encrypted throughout the entire transmission process.
- AI Chatbot Data Processing: In managed AI chatbot services, conversations between end consumers and the AI are transmitted via encrypted connections to AI models for processing. The Company does not use conversation content to train third-party AI models (per API terms of use, data submitted via API is not used for model training).
- No Secondary Use of Data: Your brand data will not be sold, rented, or provided to unrelated third parties.
- Confidential Data Warning: Please do not enter highly sensitive personal data (such as ID numbers, credit card numbers, or passwords) in this Service. Such information is not required for the Service to function.
- Cloud Storage: Your account data and historical reports are securely stored in encrypted cloud database services.
4. Data Incident Notification
In accordance with the 2025 amendments to the Personal Data Protection Act, if the Company becomes aware of a personal data incident involving theft, leakage, or other breaches of data we hold, we will notify the affected individuals and report to the competent authority as required by law, and immediately take response measures to minimize damage.
